Instructions
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme. Mix well to create the garlic butter mixture.
Add the steak bites to the bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak and toss until the pieces are evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not crowded (you may need to do this in batches).
Cook the steak bites in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even browning. Cook until they reach your desired doneness (medium-rare is about 135°F (57°C) internal temperature).
Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and drizzle any leftover garlic butter over them.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
