1teaspoondried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
½teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1largeegg
2tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried herbs, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the egg and add the olive oil to it. Mix until smooth and blended.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
Next, transfer the chicken tender to the breadcrumb mixture and press down gently to ensure an even coating. Repeat this for all chicken tenders.
Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space between each piece for even cooking.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken tenders are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Once done, let the chicken tenders rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, and garnish with chopped parsley.
