Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are cooking, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl and toss them with the garlic Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
Serve the wings hot, with additional parsley and lemon wedges on the side. If desired, drizzle with hot sauce for a spicy kick.
