Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create your marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are fully coated in the marinade. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor).
After marinating, place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Once cooked, check that the internal temperature of the wings has reached 165°F (74°C).
Remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them in any remaining marinade for extra flavor.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro if desired, and serve immediately.
Presentation Tips: Serve the wings on a large platter with extra Sriracha sauce on the side for dipping. A few lime wedges can add a refreshing touch!
