In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a smooth sauce.
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss them in the maple Dijon mixture until well coated.
Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking until they are crispy and golden brown.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish. If desired, sprinkle toasted pecans on top for added crunch.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
