Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy.
Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool before serving.
