Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly brush the slider buns with olive oil.
Grill the buns, cut side down, for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the blue cheese dressing and diced celery. This will act as your creamy topping.
To assemble the sliders, place a generous scoop of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
Add a half slice of cheddar cheese on top of the buffalo chicken.
Spoon a small amount of the creamy celery mixture over the cheese, followed by a handful of shredded lettuce.
Top with the other half of the slider bun and secure with a toothpick if desired.
If using, add a slice of jalapeño for an extra kick.
Serve immediately with extra blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
