gelatin powder (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
If using gelatin, dissolve it according to package instructions, then fold it into the mixture for a firmer mousse.
Gently mix in the chopped ground beef jerky until evenly distributed throughout the mousse.
Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve topped with additional chopped beef jerky and a dollop of whipped cream for a decadent finish.
