Instructions
In a food processor or blender, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again briefly if you add more sweetener.
Once you have reached a smooth consistency, spoon the pudding into serving bowls or cups.
Refrigerate the pudding for at least 30 minutes to allow it to thicken and enhance the chocolate flavor.
When ready to serve, garnish with dark chocolate shavings or chips and a handful of fresh berries.
