red seedless grapes, halved

walnuts, roughly chopped

plain Greek yogurt

honey

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced apple, halved grapes, chopped walnuts, chopped celery, and diced red onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Pour the yogurt dressing over the chicken and fruit mixture, and gently fold everything together until all components are well coated.
Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, either on a bed of mixed greens or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.
Notes
For an appealing presentation, serve the salad in a hollowed-out apple, garnished with additional walnuts and a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
