Instructions
Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee using your preferred method.
In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm, but do not bring it to a boil.
Once the milk is warm, use a whisk or a milk frother to froth the milk until it’s creamy and slightly bubbly.
In a separate bowl, combine the brewed espresso, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Slowly pour the frothed milk into the espresso mixture, using a spoon to hold back the foam initially.
Once the milk is poured in, spoon the foam on top of the latte.
Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over the foam and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon for garnish.
Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the cozy autumn flavors!
Notes
Whipped cream is optional for topping.
