Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
If using a homemade pizza crust, prepare and roll it out according to your preferred thickness. Transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread the refried beans evenly across the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
Layer the seasoned ground meat on top of the beans, spreading it evenly.
Pour the salsa over the meat, spreading it out for an even distribution.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over everything.
Add the sliced red onion, diced tomato, and black olives evenly across the pizza.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Once out of the oven, let it cool slightly before topping it with diced avocado, fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream if desired.
Slice and serve hot, garnished with additional salsa on the side if you like a bit more kick!
