Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into an oven-safe bowl or a small baking dish, spreading it evenly at the bottom.
Top the cottage cheese base with the halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and sliced black olives, spreading them uniformly across the surface.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan evenly on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the cheese layer for added flavor.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges start to get golden.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
Serve warm, either alone or alongside whole grain pita chips or a fresh salad for added texture.
