Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies, ensuring an even distribution throughout the cheesecake mixture.
Spoon the mixture into serving cups, filling each about ⅔ full. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to set.
Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup on top and garnish with extra crushed Oreos and fresh mint leaves if desired.
