Instructions
Start by adding the frozen banana, natural peanut butter, and chocolate protein powder into a blender.
Pour in the almond milk and add the cocoa powder, chia seeds (if using), honey or maple syrup (if desired), and a pinch of salt.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Once blended, pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
For an extra touch, you can drizzle a little bit of peanut butter on top and sprinkle some cocoa powder or crushed nuts if you like.
