Instructions
In a blender, add the almond milk, canned pumpkin puree, ripe banana, and Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle in the vanilla protein powder and pumpkin pie spice.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level if necessary by adding more maple syrup or pumpkin pie spice.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
