Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the coconut water, freshly squeezed orange juice, and lemon juice.
Add the honey or agave syrup to the mixture and stir well until dissolved completely.
Incorporate the sea salt to the mix; this will help replenish lost electrolytes during exercise.
Gradually add the water, stirring continuously to achieve your desired taste and consistency.
If you enjoy a hint of spice, add the grated ginger and mix thoroughly.
Taste the drink and adjust the sweetness or saltiness as needed.
Chill the drink in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
Pour the electrolyte drink into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
