Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of phyllo pastry sheets (about 12 sheets)

Cooking spray or melted butter for brushing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Add the minced garlic, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush it lightly with melted butter or cooking spray. Add another sheet on top, brushing it again. Repeat this process until you have a stack of four sheets.

Using a sharp knife, cut the layered phyllo sheets into 3-inch squares. Place the squares in a greased mini muffin tin, pressing down gently to form cups.

Fill each phyllo cup with about a tablespoon of the spinach and artichoke mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the phyllo cups are golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 24 bites

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the dip bites warm on a decorative platter, garnished with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley for added color.
